Thinking about Depth of Field

You may have heard the term Depth of Field (DoF). It is a key compositional element in many, if not most, photographs. It is one of the most important tools a photographer can use to create awesome images.

Depth of Field in 3D world

I am thinking about Depth of Field is a Blender project playing with this compositional element in the 3D world. The goal is to achieve a very shallow DoF – to create unique images. The series consists of three high resolution renderings.
